Thoughts on show

A good show. The cast were great. Rhys Owen was on for Daniel tonight and he was really fabulous, and Tom Scanlon for Stuart, also excellent. I thought the prosthetic was a bit rubbish though. Made him look like a muppet. Maybe less of a good fit because he's a standby? And the show is a bit chaotic. No standout songs. But worth seeing for the talented cast.

Thoughts on venue

A nice theatre. They've been doing it up. Toilets in the Royal Circle are gender neutral now. Hence a lot of nervous giggles and averting of eyes from women in the cubicle queue away from the urinals, and loud clear questioning from a young girl to her mother on seeing the urinals 'mummy what are those?!'

Thoughts on seat

Upper Circle B15 - great seat. Loads of legroom (I'm 5'4 but would say plenty of room for those taller than me) and a perfect view. No one was in the seat directly in front of me. The woman in row A in front to the left was leaning forward to see through the bars, but the folk beside me didn't seem affected by that.
