Thoughts on show
A fabulous production. True to the original spirit of the show, but with very modern staging that rose and fell seemlessly - the audience on the floor were being moved around continuously, which I was worried would be distracting, but it wasn't at all. The cast were all spot on. I'll be going again.
Thoughts on venue
It was cold. Really cold. People were borrowing blankets at the interval. I had avoided the seats that were sold with the proviso that they were in front of a cold air vent and I was still freezing. It's also quite a walk from the nearest station, something to think of if you're taking anyone who can't walk far. Other than that, it's a nice theatre. Interesting. Completely in the round, and the cast constantly move so you'd see a front view at some points from anywhere I'd think. Bring a heavy cardigan.

Gallery 1 B23. Decent seat. Great view of all the action. Not the most comfy seat in the world. But not the worst. Cold!
