This page CANNOT deal with any ticket sales problems bought on this site.
This is because the site does not sell tickets itself. Only the venue box office or ticket agency customer service staff can help with ticket problems.
The theatremonkey office is also not always open or able to react to ticket problems, and the monkey would hate to see anyone upset that their issue is not being dealt with quickly.

If you have any immediate problem with tickets or getting to the show today, contact your point of purchase. Phone numbers / website addresses for most venues are on our theatre listing pages.
For other ticket matters, our page here will help you identify where you bought your tickets from and point you in the right direction.

Please note that if you have a London fringe theatre event you wish to publicise, you can do so by posting our forum. Sadly, the monkey is unable to accept most invitations, but hopes your production goes well.

The office usually sees email only between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, all public holidays and from 24th December until at least 02nd January each year. Any email received outside office hours will be replied to during the next 5 working days, where possible.
