Theatre Closures Update / Refund Information.


AS AT 8.50am ON 16th JUNE 2020.

General

All West End Theatres are closed until further notice, officially until at least 2nd August 2020.

Most ticket agencies are not selling tickets for any performance before 1st November 2020.

Specific

"The Book of Dust – La Belle Sauvage" at the Bridge Theatre is postponed from July 2020 until an unspecified future date.

"Small Island" at the Olivier Theatre is postponed from October 2020 until an unspecified future date.

"The Pillowman" at the Duke of York's Theatre is postponed from July 2020 until an unspecified future date.

"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" will now run from 1st July until 5th September 2021 at the London Palladium. Ticket holders will be moved automatically to the equivalent date next year.

"Hello Dolly" at the Adelphi Theatre in August 2020 has been cancelled. Ticket holders will be contacted regarding refunds.

"Force Majeure" at the Donmar Warehouse is postponed from July 2020 until an unspecified future date.

"The Seagull" and "A Doll's House" at the Playhouse Theatre are hopefully only postponed until a future date.

The National Theatre has cancelled all performances until 31st August 2020.

"The Doctor" at the Duke of York's Theatre is to be rescheduled to a later period. Ticket holders will be advised soon of new dates.

"Life Of Pi" at Wyndham's Theatre is to be rescheduled to a later period. Ticket holders will be advised soon of new dates.

"Sister Act" at the Eventim Apollo Hammersmith has been postponed to run from 20th July until 29th August 2021. All tickets remain valid for the new dates.

The Old Vic Theatre has postponed "Local Hero" from June 2020 to an unspecified future date.

The Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park has moved all 2020 productions - "101 Dalmatians," "Romeo and Juliet, "Dragons and Mythical Beasts" and "Carousel" to 2021.

"To Kill A Mockingbird" at the Gielgud Theatre is to be rescheduled to a later period. Ticket holders will be advised soon of new dates.

"Leopoldstadt" at Wyndham's Theatre is to be rescheduled to a later period. Ticket holders will be advised soon of new dates.

"Evita" at the Barbican Theatre from June 2020 has been cancelled.

"The Watsons" at the Harold Pinter Theatre has been cancelled.

"Waitress The Musical" at the Adelphi Theatre has closed and will not re-open.

The Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room are closed until at least 30th June 2020. 

"The Comedy About A Bank Robbery" at the Criterion Theatre has closed and will not re-open.

"Thriller Live" at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue has closed and will not re-open.

The Royal Albert Hall is closed until further notice.
