The system works best for Broadband users. To view a show other than the one currently on the screen: 1) select your type of show (musical, play etc) from the menu under the TV Screen below, 2) choose your clips from the list that appears in the window to the right of the screen. If the video still doesn't begin to play, check that you are allowing "Active X Controls" to run on your machine (a banner at the top of your browser window may ask you if you wish to allow that to happen.)
