Theatre Closures Update / Refund Information.


AS AT 11.40am ON 3rd APRIL 2020.

General

All West End Theatres are closed until further notice, officially until at least 26th April 2020.

Most ticket agencies are not selling tickets for any performance before 1st June 2020.

Specific

Ambassador Theatre Group Theatres (Ambassadors, Apollo Victoria, Duke Of York's, Fortune, Harold Pinter, Lyceum, Phoenix, Piccadilly, Playhouse, Savoy) are closed until at least 31st May 2020.

"Evita" at the Barbican Theatre from June 2020 has been cancelled.

"Waitress The Musical" at the Adelphi Theatre has closed and will not re-open.

The National Theatre has cancelled all performances until 30th June 2020.

Donmar Warehouse has cancelled all performances until 1st August 2020.

The Bridge Theatre has cancelled all performances until 11th July 2020.

The Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room are closed until further notice. 

"The Comedy About A Bank Robbery" at the Criterion Theatre has closed and will not re-open.

"Thriller Live" at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue has closed and will not re-open.

The Royal Albert Hall is closed until further notice.

The Eventim Apollo Hammersmith has cancelled all performances until 31st March 2020, with many after that also re-scheduled.

The Barbican Centre is closed until at least 30th June 2020.

The Arts Theatre is closed until at least 26th April 2020.

SSE Wembley Arena is closed until at least 31st March 2020, with some shows after that date also cancelled or postponed.

Delfont Mackintosh Theatres (Gielgud, Noel Coward, Novello, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Sondheim, Victoria Palace, Wyndhams) are closed until at least 26th April 2020.

Trafalgar Studios 1 and 2 are closed until at least 26th April 2020.

"West End Live" in June will not take place this year.

You DO NOT need to contact them UNLESS they ask you to do so.
They will contact you as soon as they are able to do so.
