Paying FULL PRICE for tickets? Site writers and contributing guests have created
this colour-coded plan, considering factors like views, comfort and
value-for-money compared with other same-priced seats available.
Please remember that cheaper seats often do not offer the same view /
location quality as top price ones, and that ticket prices are designed to
reflect this difference.
Seats in GREEN many feel may offer
either noticeable value, or something to compensate for a problem; for example,
being a well-priced restricted view ticket. To find out why they have this
colour click here.
Seats in WHITE, many feel, provided about what they pay for.
Generally unremarkable, to find out why they have this colour,

Seats in RED are coloured to draw
attention. Not necessarily to be avoided - maybe nothing specific is
wrong with them, other than opinions that there are better seats at the same
price. Other times there may be something to consider before buying – perhaps
overpricing, obstructed views, less comfort etc. To find out why they have this
colour, click here.

This theatre has a "fan shaped" auditorium:

The seating plan below "stretches" it out, for
easier reading (so please remember that some seats in the back row WILL have
seats in front of them). Blue numbering in the sketch above corresponds to rows
A, I, K, central J and T for convenient matching with this plan.
2012 CHANGES: The venue announced that for the
2012 Summer Season, the stage will be extended over rows A and B, with extra seating at one side of the front
section, where there is usually grass ( B to H 111 to 122 below). Theatremonkey.com will update details
where available nearer the time.
Meanwhile, please be aware that ratings will
change from those shown once this auditorium opens, and that seats in the new B
to H section, plus changes, have not been assessed by Theatremonkey.com yet.

For 2012, a sound desk replaces some seats
in the rear section - row T seats 53 to 62. .
